To join its (remote) team in the USA, Toronto's Agency is looking for an Entry Level or Junior Designer with 0–3 years of experience. It will encompass all facets of project work, including design, client correspondence, engineering coordination, permit paperwork, construction detailing, and oversight. This role will be part-time or contract member of our team.
We look forward to helping this role succeed through project management, licensing incentives, and coaching.

Design, curate, and improve presentations (small drawing skills in Procreate are preferred but not Required).
Under the direction of our senior employees, create construction documentation and permit applications. a general overview of the freemium web application Notion for productivity and note-taking.
Manage the BIM workflow with Archicad and Twinmotion or Unreal Engine for rendering.

0–3 years' experience working for an architectural business.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proven ability or comfort managing consultant work.
A desire to collaborate and work partially from a distance with our small team.
Self-starting management and organizing abilities.
Expertise with Twinmotion and Archicad.

Experience with Revit or other BIM is a plus.
Comfortable working with the Google Suite, Notion, Adobe Cloud, and Procreate applications.
For in-office work time zones and out-of-office meetings, Texas is the closest location.
Technical expertise in residential projects for single-family homes, modest multi-family homes, businesses, and communities. Texas-specific legal knowledge is advantageous.
