Part Time - Remote

Widely ranging duties can include coordinating with architects, producers, managers, other staff members labels to schedule appointment & company meetings sessions; hiring and supervising archiving project managing engineers, assistants, and other technical and creative staff; helping to select the studio's equipment; and—critically—marketing the studio to potential.

  • To join its (remote) team in the USA, Toronto's Agency is looking for an Entry Level or Junior Designer with 0–3 years of experience with business administration. It will encompass all facets of project work, including design, client correspondence, engineering coordination, permit paperwork, construction detailing, and oversight. This role will be part-time or contract member of our team.

    We look forward to helping this role succeed through project management, licensing incentives, and coaching.

  • Communicates well with internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.

    At every stage of the project, attention is paid to producing both practical and aesthetically pleasing design solutions.

    Design, curate, and improve presentations (small drawing skills in Procreate are preferred but not Required).

    Under the direction of our senior employees, create construction documentation and permit applications. a general overview of the freemium web application Notion for productivity and note-taking.

    Manage the applications: Notion, Apple Business Essentials, Adobe Creative Cloud and Google Suites.

  • 0-3 years of experience in an architectural firm or Professional Business.

    Excellent client-facing communication skills.

    Experience or comfort coordinating consultant work.

    Interest in working collaboratively and partially-remotely with our small team.

    Self-initiated organization and management skills.

    Archicad & Twinmotion knowledge.

  • 0–3 years' experience working for an architectural business.

    Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

    Proven ability or comfort managing consultant work.

    A desire to collaborate and work partially from a distance with our small team.

    Self-starting management and organizing abilities.

    Expertise with Notion, Google Drive & Keynote

    Detail-oriented and able to maintain focus on the goal of a project.

  • Part-Time or Contract position available with a flexible schedule and the option to work Monday through Thursday if preferred.

    Flexibility to work from home, with one to two days per week preferred in the office.
